About Bolt

Bolt is an AI-powered Discord bot running Qwen3 through Ollama. The version is shown here, in its profile and via the /status command.

Talking to Bolt

  • Mention it: @Bolt how do I cook pasta?
  • Say its name: Bolt how do I cook pasta?
  • Replies are context-aware per channel with memory of the last 6 messages.

Suffix flags you can attach to messages:

  • --insult – makes the AI mean
  • --help – ultra helpful mode
  • --web – uses the web search API
  • --nosys – disables the system prompt

  • /name , /reset_name – Set or reset name AI sees

Technical Details

  • Model: Qwen3 14B/4B (Q4_K_M)
  • Runtime: Ollama + local hosting
  • Memory: 6 recent messages per channel
  • Cooldowns: 5s/user, 2s/channel
  • Failsafes: Profanity filter, disabled mode, etc.
